David Cathey

David has over 30 years of environmental experience and has a master’s degree in environment, safety and health.

· Manages environmental, safety, and health firm, including all aspects of firms business

· Conducts and oversees Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Phase II Subsurface Soil Investigation

· Federally accredited to perform asbestos inspections and collect asbestos samples

· Approves all documentation of Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III reports

· Maintains a complete library of all applicable standards and regulations which are made available upon request to other safety professionals

· Interprets analytical data

· Collects property data and prepares reports

· Works on IEPA closure reports
